The course officially begins on 1 October, but you will complete a one-month pre-study internship with us starting on 1 September.
Theory & practice combined
The content of your theoretical phases at the DHBW is closely coordinated with your practical assignments with us. You will be involved in projects, work independently, and receive regular feedback from experienced colleagues and managers. Depending on your course of study, you will design marketing or sales concepts, optimise processes, or work on technical developments, for example.

An internship with us offers you more than just a first insight: You become part of the team, take on responsibility, and gain valuable experience in real working life situations. Whether it’s a student internship, mandatory internship or voluntary internship – we will support you individually and as equals. This will help you find out what suits you best – and perhaps it will be the first step towards your future with us in the colourful world of chocolate.
PUPILS
In a one-week career orientation internship, you can gain your first professional experience with us – e.g. as a mechatronics technician or confectionery technologist. You will accompany our trainees in their day-to-day work and get to lend a hand yourself. You can apply online via the relevant advert – including CV, cover letter, and school report.
STUDENTS
Whether marketing, supply chain or research – we regularly offer exciting internships and working student positions in various specialist areas. You work actively in a team, take on responsibility, and gain valuable practical experience. We offer you the opportunity to gain initial professional experience and obtain a real insight into the working world of an international family business.
During a six-month internship, you will work actively in a team, take on responsibility, and get to know the practical side of your degree programme up close. We regularly offer placements in various specialist areas – with challenging tasks, appreciative support, and genuine integration into day-to-day business.

Weekly chocolate parcels

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Simply submit your application via our online tool.

Feedback
We will get back to you within approximately two to four weeks – and that’s a promise!
5.
Second round
After the first interview, you will usually receive feedback within two to four weeks. If everything fits, a second interview will follow.
7.
Contract & start with us
After internal coordination (including the works council), we will draw up your contract – and look forward to welcoming you to the team soon!

Confirmation of receipt
As soon as we receive your application, you will automatically be sent confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
4.
First interview
If the feedback is positive, we will invite you to a personal interview on site.
6.
Final feedback
We will contact you by telephone with a decision no later than two weeks after the second interview.
