Whole milk powder is made from whole milk. It is a powdered product with a lightly yellowish appearance and a dry mass fat content of at least 26%. Its smell and taste resemble that of skimmed milk powder. However, because of the higher fat content, it tastes milkier and fuller bodied.

All moisture is removed from milk during the production of whole milk powder. However, its important nutrients are kept.
