Only natural raw ingredients are used in the production of our chocolate. The most important ingredients are cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, milk or cream powder, vanillin, and lecithin.
The European cocoa directive specifies what further ingredients may be added during chocolate production. Among these are, for example, almonds, nuts, and sultanas. How individual chocolate brands combine them, however, remains the secret of the respective manufacturers.
