Our RITTER SPORT Butter Biscuit has been pleasing palates since 1998. Filled to the brim with delicious and fabulous chocolaty cocoa cream, it contains something very special: a perforated, square shortbread biscuit made especially for this bar. First, it is crisply baked with an extra portion of tasty butter. Then it is inserted, with the help of specially developed technology, into 59% of the finest milk chocolate. This forms, together with delicious cocoa cream, a tailor-made coating. With every bite, you experience the double-crunch of chocolate and biscuit at the same time. If that’s not chocolaty, creamy, biscuity pleasure, then we don’t know what is.

Chocolate mass:
The smooth, rich milk and cocoa taste of our classic milk chocolate, made with fine cocoa from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar, is perfect for RITTER SPORT Mini Chocolate Butter Biscuit.

Got into shape:
To be able to insert the crispy biscuit into the chocolate in one whole piece, we use a mould that has a very shallow channel depth. Because the biscuit is very light, we have made the mould taller. This enables us to make up the missing weight by adding a larger volume of chocolate.
