Assortment description
What a piece of luck for our Mini Chocolates! In 1971, RITTER SPORT invented the first chocolate made with yogurt. This ingenious chocolate idea hit the mark with chocolate fans and proceeded to conquer the whole world. Since then its 44% skimmed milk yogurt cream has gone on to contribute a whole load of freshness to 55% milk chocolate. The stimulating taste experience of this soft, lightly sour yogurt cream combined with a crunchy, pleasantly sweet milk chocolate shell is perhaps the best proof that opposites really do attract. By the way, the skimmed milk yogurt we use to make our cream filling contains live yogurt cultures. Anyone who tries it and lets it smoothly melt on the tongue, experiences how rich cocoa flavours round off the creamy yogurt. It is also true in the world of chocolate that good ideas succeed around the world.
Yet another good idea: RITTER SPORT Yogurt is, of course, also available as a 100g square.

Chocolate mass:
It is the full-bodied flavour of West African cocoa combined with the subtle tartness of fine cocoas from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar that makes our classic milk chocolate 30% cocoa so delicious.
Got into shape:
In order to evenly and consistently furnish our Mini Chocolate Yogurt with its delicious filling, we use our mini mould, with medium channel depth.
