RITTER SPORT Hazelnut is truly unique. It is only in the form of this Mini Chocolate that you can enjoy freshly roasted, chopped hazelnuts in our classic milk chocolate. Beautifully minimalistic, you could say. However, you might not say that if you knew everything that a hazelnut has to go through to be allowed into our squares. Only fully ripened hazelnuts that are 11-13mm big may hope to get into our chocolate. If they then also get past a two stage selection process, including hand selection, they, and we, know that they belong to the nut elite. They are then covered in a finely blended milk chocolate mixture of West African cocoa and fine cocoa from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar, to become RITTER SPORT Mini Hazelnut. Is it worth the effort? We think so!

Chocolate mass:
We use our classic milk chocolate in RITTER SPORT Hazelnut. It is a finely blended mixture of West African cocoas and fine cocoa from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar. In conclusion, a rich milk flavour provides for a rounded taste experience.

Got into shape:
To evenly and consistently fill our Mini Hazelnut with as many delicious hazelnut pieces as possible, we use our medium mini mould with medium channel depth.
