Chocolate mass:
We use our creamy dark chocolate for RITTER SPORT Dark Whole Hazelnuts. This is a blend of full-bodied West African cocoa and a large portion of fine cocoas from Madagascar and Papua New Guinea.

Got into shape:
We use our 100g mould for our Dark Whole Hazelnuts. This ensures that, regardless of whether the hazelnuts are 11, 12 or 13 millimetres big, we can get as many of them into the chocolate mass as possible. The mould’s medium channel depth ensures that the hazelnuts are spread throughout the chocolate mass, for maximum taste enjoyment.
