Filled to the brim with 29% delicious and fabulous, chocolaty cocoa cream, it contains something very special: a perforated, square shortbread biscuit made especially for this bar. First, it is crisply baked with an extra portion of tasty butter. Then it is inserted, with the help of specially developed technology, into 59% of the finest milk chocolate. This forms, together with delicious cocoa cream, a tailor-made coating. With every bite, you experience the double-crunch of chocolate and biscuit at the same time. If that’s not chocolaty, creamy, biscuity pleasure, then we don’t know what is.

RITTER SPORT Butter Biscuit is made with our classic milk chocolate. The full-bodied underlying flavour of West African cocoa is harmoniously rounded off by the subtle tartness of fine cocoas from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar. Its 30% cocoa content combines with smooth cocoa cream and crunchy shortbread biscuit to make the perfect RITTER SPORT trio.

Got into shape:
To be able to insert the crispy biscuit into the chocolate in one whole piece, we use a 100g mould with very shallow channels. Because the biscuit is very light, we have made the mould taller. The larger volume of chocolate means that the each bar achieves the promised 100g.
