The protection of your privacy is important to us. We would therefore like to inform you which measures and principles we apply during data processing and which rights you can exercise at any given time. We differentiate between access data and personal data. Access data from the general use of our webpages is automatically compiled and stored. Personal data is stored and used by us only with your express permission.

What data do we store?
In principal you can use our web pages without passing on to us any personal data. Each time a user accesses a page we offer, and each time they call up a data file, access data on this procedure is stored in a log file on the server of our provider www.corpex.de.
Each data record consists of:
- the page which was requested from the data
- the name of the file
- the date and the time of the request
- the transferred data set
- the access status (file transfer, file not found, etc.)
- a description of the type of web browser used
- the client IP address
Stored data is solely evaluated for statistical purposes; the passing on to third parties takes place for neither commercial nor non-commercial purposes. If within the website the possibility exists to input personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses), then the divulgement of this data takes place on the part of the user on an expressly voluntary basis. Here to is your data confidentially treated and not passed on to third parties.
On request users have the right to receive, without charge, information on stored personal data on them. Additionally, they have a right, subject to the provisions of law, to the correction, blocking, and deletion of this personal data.
What is personal data?
Personal data is data that makes the identification of your person possible. Typical personal data is, for example, your name and your address. The collection of this data is necessary if you, among other things, participate in one of our competitions, subscribe to our newsletter, or if you would like to take advantage of other special offers, or want to contact us.
The storage, processing and use of personal data always only occur after an express declaration of consent, which you must separately provide us with for each procedure. We therefore always inform you at the time, before you pass on to us personal data. Minors should only pass on personal data with the full agreement of their parents or guardians.
When is personal data compiled?
Personal data is compiled and used on our web pages only if and insofar that it is necessary for the execution of the following services.
Contact
On our web pages email contact is possible via a form, which is forwarded to us, with the data submitted by you, by unencrypted email. Additionally, we store a backup copy of the forwarded email, so that we can track your enquiry, also for technical problems, in the email traffic. Data provided by you is stored and solely used for the purpose of fully processing your inquiry. After fulfilling this purpose the data is deleted.
What are Cookies and which do we use?
Cookies are small text files, which can be stored on the hard drive by web page visitors. The information contained in cookies facilitates your navigation and enables the correct presentation of our web pages. Our cookies are not, by the way, capable of identifying you as a person. You can prevent the storing of cookies by changing your browser settings accordingly. For how to do that, please refer to the manufacturer’s operating-instructions of your browser.
Where is the data stored and used?
The automatic storage of access data, as well as the storage of personal data, occurs in the web server system of our hosting provider. The automatic storage of access data, as well as the processing of the data, takes place in the web server system of our static provider. If you contact us by email, the personal data provided is, in addition, stored by us and used for the relevant purpose. All concerned parties are subject to German and/or European data protection law.
Is personal data passed on to third parties?
No. The passing on, sale, or the leasing of your personal data to third parties is impossible. Your personal data is solely used for the relevant specific purpose and only with your express consent. After fulfilling this purpose the data is deleted.
Links to other websites
Our online presence contains links to other websites. We have no bearing on whether the operators of these websites comply with data protection regulations. We are, as providers of own content, responsible according to general law. This own-content might have to be differentiated from links to content provided by third parties. We take no responsibility for external content made available for use through especially marked links and do not claim the contents of these websites as our own. Illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, as well as damage resulting from the use or non-use of information, is solely the liability of the website provider referred to. The editorial department can only be held responsible for the contents of linked websites, if they are aware of content that may be illegal or criminal and if it is technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent the use of these contents.
Your rights: Information, change, restriction and deletion
You can revoke at any time your consent to the storage of personal data and you have at any time a right to find out whether and if what personal data is stored by us. In addition, you have at any time the right to change, restrict or delete your data (should we be legally obliged to keep data, the data will not be deleted, but restricted).
