We are looking for people who are really excited about their careers. And we are curious about you. Initially, we like to get to know our candidates individually and with the help of tests. Sounds exciting? Then apply for a training position with RITTER SPORT! Training programmes begin in September every year. You should send in your application to us by autumn of the previous year, shortly after the summer holidays.
You’ve got the training position – but what happens next? First of all, there will be an introductory week for all trainees. Here you will learn about the company and its philosophy on quality and the environment. Above all, you get to know the "older" trainees better. This creates good starting conditions and at the same time it is a lot of fun!
And because this getting-to-know-you phase is so effective, it is extended even further during training. through one or more activities. During this time you learn important key skills: Teamwork, communication and working methods make up the daily programme.
In addition, there is multidisciplinary project work in which interfacing skills are acquired. These will help you later on to quickly diagnose problems and find the right solutions.

You’ve delivered a top performance? After performing well or very well in your training, we offer you a one-year employment contract and try, after this year, to place you in a permanent vacant position.
